Water quality & monitoring WQ-CLT

Online Chlorine and Turbidity Analyser

Measures chlorine to 20 ppm and turbidity to 1000 NTU on line, reported over RS485.

Outputs
RS485

Overview

Why buyers choose it

  • Two parameters, one analyser

Chlorine and turbidity measured together and reported on one RS485 port.

  • Chlorine to 20 ppm

Constant-voltage sensor across 0–20 ppm, at an operating pressure of 1 bar.

  • Turbidity to 1000 NTU

Scattered-light sensor across 0–1000 NTU, at an operating pressure of 4 bar.

In detail

Chlorine and turbidity are the two figures a treated-water outlet is usually judged on first: the chlorine that protects the network, and the cloudiness that shows whether treatment is holding. This analyser puts both on one instrument and reports them continuously.

Chlorine is read by an online constant-voltage sensor across 0 to 20 ppm, at an operating pressure of 1 bar. Turbidity is read by an online scattered-light sensor across 0 to 1000 NTU, at an operating pressure of 4 bar.

Both readings leave the analyser on one RS485 port, so they reach a PLC, SCADA system or telemetry unit over a single connection.

Ask us for the supply voltage, display, sample flow and data storage for your site before specifying the analyser.
